NOC Engineer (3-5 Years)

Location: Virtual (Remote)

Joining Date: September 2025

Openings: 6 (including 1 Lead)

Client: US-based customer

Shift: 24/7 Support (3 engineers in day shift, 3 in night shift)

Lead Requirement: 1 Lead with 6-7 years of experience

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers to monitor, manage, and ensure the smooth operation of network and infrastructure systems. The role involves real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation, and preventive maintenance to ensure high service uptime. The Lead NOC Engineer will be responsible for team coordination and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform real-time monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and services
  • Investigate and resolve alerts or escalate incidents per defined SOPs
  • Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain incident, change, and activity logs with accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and performance
  • Ensure adherence to 24/7 operational support schedules

Required Skills (Critical)

  • Hands-on experience in Linux Administration, System Administration, and Networking
  • Strong understanding of monitoring tools, alarms, and alert management

Highly Recommended

  • Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring and visualization
